ClaimLand ist ein kostenloses, GPS-basiertes Browserspiel: Spieler besichtigen und kaufen virtuelle Grundstücke in ihrer realen Nähe und erhalten dafür In-Game-Gold. Das Spiel befindet sich in aktiver Entwicklung (Beta-Charakter); Spielmechanik, Preise, Reichweiten und Level-Anforderungen können sich jederzeit ändern. Es besteht kein Anspruch auf eine bestimmte Verfügbarkeit, Fehlerfreiheit oder den dauerhaften Fortbestand des Spiels.
Das Spielraster wird rein rechnerisch über die Erdoberfläche gelegt und berücksichtigt keine realen Grundstücksgrenzen, Eigentumsverhältnisse oder Nutzungen. Bist du Eigentümerin oder Eigentümer eines Grundstücks und möchtest nicht, dass die zugehörige Fläche im Spiel erscheint, genügt eine formlose Nachricht an die im Impressum genannte Adresse – wir entfernen sie.
Beim ersten Aufruf wird automatisch ein anonymes Gastkonto angelegt; optional kann dieses in ein vollwertiges Konto mit E-Mail-Adresse umgewandelt werden. Jedes Konto darf gleichzeitig nur auf einem Gerät aktiv sein (Ein-Geräte-Sperre); bei Anmeldung auf einem neuen Gerät wird die vorherige Sitzung beendet. Details zur Datenverarbeitung, zum empfohlenen Mindestalter und zur Kontolöschung findest du in der Datenschutzerklärung.
Für den Besitz von Grundstücken gelten derzeit Obergrenzen: Ein anonymes Gastkonto kann bis zu 10 Grundstücke besitzen. Wandelst du es in ein vollwertiges Konto um, senden wir eine Bestätigungsmail an die angegebene E-Mail-Adresse; bis zur Bestätigung liegt die Grenze bei 50 Grundstücken, danach entfällt sie. Die Bestätigung dient der Missbrauchsabwehr und stellt sicher, dass die Adresse dir gehört. Die jeweils für dich geltende Grenze zeigt das Spiel dauerhaft in der Kopfzeile an; die Zahlen können sich im Rahmen von Ziffer 1 ändern.
Der gewählte Spielername ist in den Ranglisten und im Chat öffentlich sichtbar. Auf deinen Grundstücken erscheint er nur, wenn du der Anzeige ausdrücklich zugestimmt hast; ohne diese Einwilligung steht dort ein neutraler Platzhalter, und du kannst sie jederzeit unter Menü → Einstellungen widerrufen (Einzelheiten in der Datenschutzerklärung).
Der Name darf keine beleidigenden, diskriminierenden, rechtsverletzenden oder irreführenden Inhalte enthalten (z. B. das Vortäuschen, eine andere Person oder der Betreiber zu sein) — unabhängig davon, ob die technische Zeichenprüfung dies zulässt. Bei Verstößen kann der Name serverseitig zurückgesetzt oder das Konto gesperrt werden.
Gold, Grundstücke, Level und alle sonstigen Spielwerte sind virtuelle Inhalte ohne realen Gegenwert. Sie können nicht in echtes Geld umgetauscht, verkauft, übertragen oder ausgezahlt werden. Es besteht kein Eigentum an virtuellen Grundstücken im rechtlichen Sinn — die Spielmechanik sieht ausdrücklich vor, dass von dir gekaufte Grundstücke von anderen Spielern gegen ein im Spiel festgelegtes, mit jedem Kauf steigendes Gold abgekauft werden können; du verlierst das Grundstück dann ohne Entschädigung. Dasselbe gilt für gekaufte Beschriftungen und Wappen auf einzelnen Grundstücken („Schmücken“): Sie sind an das jeweilige Grundstück gebunden und entfallen ohne Erstattung, wenn du das Grundstück verlierst oder die Beschriftung selbst entfernst; wird auf dem Grundstück ein Gebäude errichtet, wird die Beschriftung entfernt und das dafür gezahlte Gold und die Diamanten werden gutgeschrieben. Virtuelle Güter können bei dauerhafter Einstellung des Spiels ersatzlos entfallen.
Untersagt sind insbesondere: die Manipulation des tatsächlichen Standorts (z. B. GPS-Spoofing), der Einsatz von Bots, Skripten oder anderer Automatisierung sowie jeder Versuch, Sicherheitsmechanismen oder Cooldowns des Spiels zu umgehen. Ebenfalls untersagt ist das Anlegen mehrerer Konten, um Einladungsprämien zu erlangen. Bei Verstößen kann dein Konto ohne vorherige Ankündigung gesperrt oder gelöscht werden; bereits erspielte virtuelle Güter entfallen in diesem Fall ersatzlos. Über die Maßnahme und ihren Grund unterrichten wir dich, soweit wir dich erreichen können — bei einem Konto mit E-Mail-Adresse per E-Mail, sonst im Spiel. Widersprechen kannst du formlos per E-Mail an die im Impressum genannte Adresse.
Für den Chat gilt zusätzlich: Alle Nachrichten sind öffentlich und für jeden Spieler lesbar. Untersagt sind Beleidigungen, Bedrohungen, Hassrede, Belästigung, Spam und Werbung — einschließlich des Verbreitens von Einladungslinks und Einladungscodes; solche Nachrichten weist der Chat automatisch ab — sowie das Veröffentlichen personenbezogener Daten anderer Personen und rechtswidriger Inhalte. Poste dort auch keine eigenen persönlichen Daten. Nachrichten, die gegen diese Regeln verstoßen, können ohne vorherige Ankündigung gelöscht werden; bei wiederholten oder schweren Verstößen kann der Betreiber dein Konto zusätzlich befristet oder dauerhaft vom Chat ausschließen. Über beide Maßnahmen und ihren Grund wirst du im Spiel unterrichtet, sobald du es das nächste Mal öffnest; das übrige Spiel bleibt dir weiterhin offen. Verantwortlich für den Inhalt einer Nachricht ist, wer sie geschrieben hat.
Melden: Nachrichten, die gegen diese Regeln verstoßen, kannst du direkt im Spiel melden — über das Fähnchen ⚑ im Menü (⋯) an jeder fremden Chat-Zeile. Alternativ genügt eine formlose E-Mail an die im Impressum genannte Adresse; für Personen ohne Konto ist das der einzige Weg. Ein förmliches internes Beschwerdeverfahren gibt es nicht — auch eine Beschwerde gegen eine Maßnahme richtest du formlos an dieselbe Adresse.
Ein automatischer Wortfilter prüft Chat-Nachrichten und Spielernamen. Erkannte Begriffe werden in Nachrichten unkenntlich gemacht; Spielernamen mit solchen Begriffen werden abgelehnt. Der Filter arbeitet automatisiert und fehlerbehaftet — er erkennt weder alle Verstöße, noch ersetzt seine Nichtbeanstandung eine Erlaubnis.
ClaimLand belohnt das Aufsuchen realer Orte. Achte dabei auf deine Umgebung: Bediene die App nicht während der Teilnahme am Straßenverkehr (weder als Fahrer noch als Fußgänger in Gefahrensituationen), betrete kein fremdes Grundstück ohne Erlaubnis, und beachte alle geltenden Gesetze sowie Haus- und Betretungsrechte. Das Spielen erfolgt in eigener Verantwortung.
Für Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit sowie für Schäden aus der Verletzung des Lebens, des Körpers oder der Gesundheit haftet der Betreiber unbeschränkt. Für einfache Fahrlässigkeit haftet der Betreiber nur bei der Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten (Kardinalpflichten) und beschränkt auf den vorhersehbaren, vertragstypischen Schaden. Im Übrigen ist die Haftung ausgeschlossen. Für Schäden, die durch dein eigenes Verhalten beim Aufsuchen realer Orte entstehen (siehe Ziffer 6), haftet der Betreiber nicht.
Du kannst die Nutzung jederzeit beenden und die Löschung deines Kontos nach dem in der Datenschutzerklärung beschriebenen Verfahren verlangen. Der Betreiber kann Konten bei Verstößen gegen diese Nutzungsbedingungen sperren oder löschen; die Unterrichtung über Maßnahme und Grund nach Ziffer 5 gilt entsprechend.
Diese Nutzungsbedingungen können angepasst werden, insbesondere wenn sich Spielmechanik oder Rechtslage ändern. Änderungen, die dich benachteiligen, kündigen wir mindestens vier Wochen vor ihrem Inkrafttreten auf claimland.app an; maßgeblich ist die hier veröffentlichte Fassung mit dem darunter genannten Stand. Bist du mit einer Änderung nicht einverstanden, kannst du die Nutzung jederzeit und ohne Frist beenden und die Löschung deines Kontos verlangen (Ziffer 8); eine darüber hinausgehende Kündigung ist bei diesem unentgeltlichen Angebot nicht erforderlich. Änderungen, die dich nicht benachteiligen — etwa neue Spielinhalte, redaktionelle Klarstellungen oder die Anpassung an geänderte Gesetze —, gelten ohne dieses Verfahren.
Das Angebot richtet sich an Nutzerinnen und Nutzer in der Europäischen Union. Es gilt deutsches Recht; zwingende Verbraucherschutzvorschriften des Staates, in dem du deinen gewöhnlichen Aufenthalt hast, bleiben davon unberührt.
Sollte eine Bestimmung dieser Nutzungsbedingungen unwirksam sein, bleibt die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen unberührt.

These Terms of Use govern the use of ClaimLand (claimland.app), operated by Hyun Ji Lee (contact details: see Legal Notice). By playing, you accept these terms.
ClaimLand is a free, GPS-based browser game: players visit and buy virtual plots near their real-world location and earn in-game gold for doing so. The game is under active development (beta); game mechanics, prices, ranges and level requirements may change at any time. There is no entitlement to any particular availability, error-free operation, or the continued existence of the game.
The game grid is laid over the earth's surface by calculation alone and takes no account of real property boundaries, ownership or land use. If you own a piece of land and do not want the corresponding area to appear in the game, an informal message to the address given in the imprint is enough – we will remove it.
On your first visit, an anonymous guest account is created automatically; you can optionally upgrade it to a full account with an email address. Each account may only be active on one device at a time (one-device lock); signing in on a new device ends the previous session. Details on data processing, the recommended minimum age, and account deletion are set out in the Privacy Policy.
Limits currently apply to owning plots: an anonymous guest account can own up to 10 plots. If you upgrade it to a full account, we send a confirmation email to the address you provided; until it is confirmed the limit is 50 plots, after which it no longer applies. Confirmation serves to prevent misuse and to make sure the address is yours. The limit that currently applies to you is shown permanently in the game's header; the numbers may change within the scope of Section 1.
Your chosen player name is publicly visible in the leaderboards and in the chat. On your plots it only appears if you have expressly consented to that display; without this consent a neutral placeholder is shown there, and you can withdraw the consent at any time under Menu → Settings (details in the Privacy Policy).
The name must not contain offensive, discriminatory, unlawful or misleading content (e.g. impersonating another person or the operator) — regardless of whether the technical character validation would otherwise allow it. In case of violations, the name may be reset server-side or the account may be suspended.
Gold, plots, levels and all other in-game values are virtual content with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for real money, sold, transferred or paid out. There is no legal ownership of virtual plots — the game mechanics expressly provide that plots you own can be bought by other players for an in-game-determined price that increases with every purchase; you then lose the plot without compensation. The same applies to labels and crests bought for individual plots (“Decorate”): they are tied to that plot and lapse without refund if you lose the plot or remove the label yourself; if a building is erected on the plot, the label is removed and the gold and diamonds paid for it are credited back. Virtual items may be removed without compensation if the game is permanently discontinued.
In particular, the following are prohibited: manipulating your actual location (e.g. GPS spoofing), using bots, scripts or other automation, and any attempt to circumvent the game's security mechanisms or cooldowns. Creating multiple accounts in order to obtain invite rewards is likewise prohibited. Violations may result in your account being suspended or deleted without prior announcement; virtual items already earned are forfeited without compensation in that case. We will inform you of the measure and its reason as far as we can reach you — by email for an account with an email address, otherwise in the game. You may object informally by email to the address given in the legal notice.
Additional rules apply to the chat: all messages are public and readable by every player. Insults, threats, hate speech, harassment, spam and advertising are prohibited — including sharing invite links and invite codes, which the chat rejects automatically — as is posting other people's personal data or unlawful content. Please do not post your own personal data there either. Messages breaking these rules may be deleted without prior announcement; in the case of repeated or serious violations the operator may additionally suspend your account from the chat, either temporarily or permanently. You will be informed in the game about both measures and their reason the next time you open it; the rest of the game remains available to you. Whoever writes a message is responsible for its content.
Reporting: you can report messages that break these rules directly in the game — via the flag ⚑ in the menu (⋯) on every other player's chat line. Alternatively, an informal email to the address given in the legal notice is enough; for people without an account that is the only way. There is no formal internal complaints procedure — an objection to a measure also goes informally to the same address.
An automatic word filter checks chat messages and player names. Detected terms are masked in messages; player names containing such terms are rejected. The filter is automated and imperfect — it neither catches every violation, nor does the absence of a complaint amount to approval.
ClaimLand rewards visiting real-world places. Pay attention to your surroundings: do not use the app while participating in road traffic (whether as a driver or as a pedestrian in hazardous situations), do not enter private property without permission, and observe all applicable laws as well as property and access rights. You play at your own responsibility.
The operator is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for damages arising from injury to life, body or health. For simple negligence, the operator is only liable for breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Liability is otherwise excluded. The operator is not liable for damages arising from your own conduct while visiting real-world places (see Section 6).
You may stop using the game at any time and request deletion of your account via the process described in the Privacy Policy. The operator may suspend or delete accounts in case of violations of these Terms of Use; the information about the measure and its reason under Section 5 applies accordingly.
These Terms of Use may be updated, in particular when game mechanics or the legal situation change. Changes that put you at a disadvantage will be announced on claimland.app at least four weeks before they take effect; the version published here, together with the date shown below it, is the one that applies. If you do not agree with a change, you may stop using the service at any time and without notice period and request deletion of your account (Section 8); no further termination is required for this free service. Changes that do not put you at a disadvantage — such as new game content, editorial clarifications, or adjustments to changed legislation — take effect without this procedure.
This service is directed at users in the European Union. German law applies; mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
Should any provision of these Terms of Use be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.

구역 보유에는 현재 상한이 적용됩니다: 익명 게스트 계정은 최대 10개 구역을 보유할 수 있습니다. 정식 계정으로 전환하면 입력하신 이메일 주소로 확인 메일을 보내드리며, 확인 전까지는 상한이 50개 구역이고 확인 후에는 상한이 없습니다. 이메일 확인은 부정 사용을 방지하고 해당 주소가 본인의 것임을 확인하기 위한 절차입니다. 현재 적용되는 상한은 게임 상단에 항상 표시되며, 이 수치는 제1항의 범위 내에서 변경될 수 있습니다.
선택한 플레이어 이름은 순위표와 채팅에 공개적으로 표시됩니다. 회원님의 구역에는 표시에 명시적으로 동의한 경우에만 나타나며, 동의하지 않으면 그 자리에 중립적인 대체 표기가 표시됩니다. 이 동의는 메뉴 → 설정에서 언제든지 철회할 수 있습니다(자세한 내용은 개인정보 처리방침 참조).
이름에는 기술적인 문자 검증을 통과하더라도 모욕적이거나 차별적이거나 위법하거나 기만적인(예: 타인이나 운영자를 사칭하는) 내용을 포함해서는 안 됩니다. 위반 시 이름이 서버 측에서 초기화되거나 계정이 정지될 수 있습니다.
골드, 구역, 레벨 및 기타 모든 게임 내 가치는 실제 금전적 가치가 없는 가상 콘텐츠입니다. 이는 실제 화폐로 교환, 판매, 양도 또는 환급될 수 없습니다. 가상 구역에 대한 법적 소유권은 존재하지 않습니다 — 게임 메커니즘상 회원님이 보유한 구역은 구매할 때마다 상승하는, 게임 내에서 정해진 가격으로 다른 플레이어가 구매할 수 있으며, 이 경우 보상 없이 해당 구역을 잃게 됩니다. 개별 구역에 구매한 이름 표시와 문장(“꾸미기”)도 마찬가지입니다. 이는 해당 구역에 귀속되며, 구역을 잃거나 직접 표시를 제거하면 환급 없이 소멸합니다. 해당 구역에 건물을 지으면 표시가 제거되고 이에 지불한 골드와 다이아몬드는 다시 적립됩니다. 게임이 영구적으로 종료되는 경우 가상 재화는 보상 없이 소멸될 수 있습니다.
특히 다음 행위는 금지됩니다: 실제 위치 조작(예: GPS 스푸핑), 봇· 스크립트·기타 자동화 도구의 사용, 게임의 보안 장치나 쿨다운을 우회하려는 모든 시도. 초대 보상을 받기 위해 여러 계정을 만드는 행위도 금지됩니다. 위반 시 사전 예고 없이 계정이 정지되거나 삭제될 수 있으며, 이 경우 이미 획득한 가상 재화는 보상 없이 소멸됩니다. 조치와 그 사유는 연락이 가능한 범위에서 안내해 드립니다 — 이메일 주소가 등록된 계정에는 이메일로, 그 외에는 게임 내에서 안내합니다. 이의가 있으시면 법적 고지에 기재된 이메일 주소로 자유 양식으로 알려 주시기 바랍니다.
채팅에는 다음 규칙이 추가로 적용됩니다: 모든 메시지는 공개되며 모든 플레이어가 읽을 수 있습니다. 모욕, 협박, 혐오 표현, 괴롭힘, 스팸, 광고(초대 링크 및 초대 코드의 유포 포함 — 이러한 메시지는 채팅에서 자동으로 거부됩니다), 타인의 개인정보 게시, 위법한 내용의 게시는 금지됩니다. 본인의 개인정보도 게시하지 마세요. 이 규칙을 위반한 메시지는 사전 예고 없이 삭제될 수 있으며, 반복적이거나 중대한 위반의 경우 운영자는 해당 계정의 채팅 이용을 일정 기간 또는 영구적으로 제한할 수 있습니다. 두 조치 모두와 그 사유는 다음에 게임을 열 때 게임 내에서 안내되며, 채팅 외의 다른 기능은 계속 이용하실 수 있습니다. 메시지의 내용에 대한 책임은 작성자에게 있습니다.
신고: 이 규칙을 위반한 메시지는 게임 내에서 직접 신고할 수 있습니다 — 다른 플레이어의 각 채팅 줄에 있는 메뉴(⋯)의 깃발 ⚑ 항목을 이용하세요. 또는 법적 고지에 기재된 이메일 주소로 자유 양식으로 신고하셔도 됩니다. 계정이 없는 분에게는 이 방법이 유일한 경로입니다. 별도의 공식 내부 이의제기 절차는 없으며, 조치에 대한 이의도 같은 주소로 자유 양식으로 제기하시면 됩니다.
자동 단어 필터가 채팅 메시지와 플레이어 이름을 검사합니다. 감지된 단어는 메시지에서 가려지며, 해당 단어가 포함된 플레이어 이름은 거부됩니다. 이 필터는 자동으로 작동하며 완전하지 않습니다 — 모든 위반을 찾아내지 못하며, 필터에 걸리지 않았다는 것이 허용을 의미하지도 않습니다.
ClaimLand는 실제 장소 방문을 유도하는 게임입니다. 주변 환경에 주의하세요: 도로 교통에 참여하는 동안(운전자로서든, 위험한 상황의 보행자로서든) 앱을 조작하지 마시고, 허가 없이 타인의 사유지에 출입하지 마시며, 관련 법률과 소유권·출입 권리를 준수하세요. 게임 플레이는 본인의 책임 하에 이루어집니다.
고의 및 중대한 과실, 그리고 생명·신체·건강 침해로 인한 손해에 대해서는 운영자가 무제한으로 책임을 집니다. 단순 과실의 경우 운영자는 중요한 계약상 의무(핵심 의무) 위반에 한하여, 예견 가능하고 계약상 통상적인 손해로 제한하여 책임을 집니다. 그 외의 경우 책임은 배제됩니다. 회원님이 실제 장소를 방문하는 과정에서 스스로의 행동으로 인해 발생한 손해(제6항 참조)에 대해서는 운영자가 책임지지 않습니다.
언제든지 이용을 중단하고, 개인정보 처리방침에 설명된 절차에 따라 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 운영자는 본 이용약관 위반 시 계정을 정지하거나 삭제할 수 있으며, 이 경우 제5항의 조치 및 사유 안내가 준용됩니다.
본 이용약관은 게임 메커니즘이나 법적 상황이 변경되는 경우 등에 따라 갱신될 수 있습니다. 회원님에게 불리한 변경은 효력 발생 최소 4주 전에 claimland.app에 공지하며, 이 페이지에 게시된 버전과 아래에 표시된 최종 수정일이 기준이 됩니다. 변경에 동의하지 않으시면 언제든지 기한 없이 이용을 중단하고 계정 삭제를 요청하실 수 있습니다(제8항). 무료 서비스이므로 그 밖의 해지 절차는 필요하지 않습니다. 새로운 게임 콘텐츠, 문구 정리, 법령 변경에 따른 조정 등 회원님에게 불리하지 않은 변경은 이 절차 없이 적용됩니다.
본 서비스는 유럽연합 내 이용자를 대상으로 합니다. 독일 법이 적용되며, 회원님이 상거소를 둔 국가의 강행적 소비자 보호 규정은 영향을 받지 않습니다.
본 이용약관의 일부 조항이 무효인 경우에도 나머지 조항의 효력에는 영향을 미치지 않습니다.
